Change the default value of persist-credentials to false
Change the default value of persist-credentials setting from true to false to reduce the risk of unintentionally exposing the GITHUB_TOKEN secret. Fixes: #485 Signed-off-by: Michi Mutsuzaki <michi@isovalent.com>
